Am I legally Blind?

Yes I am, I am someone with albinism, therefore I lack melanin which causes a few issues with my eyes.

Does this stop me from being an effective photographer?

Not at all. I am meticulous and modern technology and autofocus systems make it a non-issue. If you need evidence of this, look at my work.
